  • Bear interrupts a race in Colorado

    Although I’ve not run for way too long and currently I am recovering from knee surgery again, I had to post a link to this report about a bear interrupting a Marmot race in Colorado. Thanks to Donald Sanborn on Facebook for the photo.

    I love the look on the runners faces – and I’m pretty sure mine would be very similar to that too.

  • Trampolining bears?

    So, my blog is called Why Outrun The Bear? but I saw a photo this afternoon of a bear that was falling out of a tree after being tranquilised and dropped to safety. However, to me it almost looks like the bear is on his way up from jumping on a Trampoline – what do you think?
